For exclusive private molds, we typically require an annual commitment of 3,000 – 5,000 sets. However, tooling costs can be refunded once cumulative orders reach a target volume.
Typically 35-45 days. This includes 7 days for DFM analysis, 25 days for mold cutting, and 5-10 days for T1 sample testing and texture finishing.
If you pay for the full tooling cost, you own the patent and the mold. We issue a certificate of ownership and guarantee we will not sell this design to any other party.
