Relentless Light for
Relentless Production.

From heavy vibration CNC zones to dust-free precision assembly. Eliminate glare, stroboscopic hazards, and maintenance downtime with Yuanhui’s ruggedized LED solutions.

Lighting is Production Equipment

In a factory, light is not just for seeing; it is for working. Poor lighting is directly linked to rejected parts, worker fatigue, and safety incidents.

⚠

The Safety Hazard

The Stroboscopic Effect: Cheap LED drivers flicker at 100-120Hz. This can make fast-spinning lathe chucks or saw blades appear stationary. This optical illusion is a top cause of hand injuries.

SOLUTION: FLICKER-FREE < 1%

The Fatigue Factor

High glare from bare LEDs causes pupils to constantly constrict. This eye strain leads to headaches and a measurable 15% drop in concentration by the 6th hour of a shift.

SOLUTION: UGR < 19
🔍

The Quality Drop

Low CRI (Color Rendering Index) lighting makes different shades of wire or paint look identical. This leads to assembly errors and “false passes” in Quality Control (QC).

PHYSICAL DEFENSE

Built to Survive the Floor

Commercial lights fail in factories because they cannot handle the environment. Yuanhui engineers specifically against two killers: Vibration and Heat.

  • 01. Vibration Proof (IEC 60068-2-6)

Stamping presses and overhead cranes create constant low-frequency tremors. This loosens screws and cracks standard solder joints. We use reinforced double-soldering and Loctite-secured stainless steel screws to withstand 2G-5G vibration loads.

  • 02. Thermal Management (Ta 55°C)

Near the roof of a foundry or injection molding plant, air temperatures can hit 55°C. We use an oversized ADC12 Aluminum Heatsink with vertical convection channels. This keeps the LED junction temperature (Tj) below 85°C, ensuring a 50,000-hour life even in hellish heat.

Visual Ergonomics: The Difference

STANDARD LED

High Glare & Ghosting

Direct-lit LEDs act like multiple spotlights. This creates “Multi-Shadows” (Ghosting) behind the worker’s hands or tools, causing depth-perception errors and eye fatigue during precision assembly.

YUANHUI OPTICS

Shadow-Free Precision

Our Micro-Prismatic Diffuser scatters light rays in millions of directions. This wraps light around the object, creating a soft, singular shadow (or no shadow), crucial for reading calipers and inspecting PCBs.

✓ CLEAR VISIBILITY
YUANHUI OPTICS

Soft Light & UGR < 19

Our Micro-Prismatic Diffuser scatters light to eliminate hard shadows. The large emitting surface ensures light wraps around objects (like hands), providing clear visibility for fine electronics work.

Lighting as a Digital Asset

In a modern smart factory, lighting should not be a dumb switch. Integrate Yuanhui fixtures into your Building Management System (BMS) via DALI-2 or Zigbee for granular control and data feedback.

Dynamic Zoning

Keep your assembly lines at 100% brightness while dimming forklift lanes to 30% when no traffic is detected. Reconfigure zones via software without rewiring a single cable.

CLO (Constant Light Output)

The Engineer’s Choice: LEDs naturally depreciate. CLO logic automatically increases driver current slightly over 50,000 hours to compensate for lumen depreciation, ensuring exactly 500 Lux on Day 1 and Day 1,825.

Predictive Maintenance

DALI drivers report their health status. Receive an alert if a fixture overheats or experiences voltage spikes before it fails, allowing scheduled maintenance during planned downtime.

CNC Machining & Welding

HARSH
CNC Workshop Lighting

Challenge: Oil mist (coolant), conductive metal dust, and welding sparks.
Solution: Tempered Glass Cover (resists sparks/chemicals) + IP65 Oil-Proof Seals. 5000K CCT for alertness.

Precision Assembly

FINE TASK
Assembly Line Linear Lighting

Challenge: Shadows blocking small components; Eye strain.
Solution: Continuous Linear Trunking System. Provides shadow-free light. UGR<19 diffuser prevents direct glare for seated workers.

Quality Control (QC)

INSPECTION
QC Station Lighting

Challenge: Identifying color mismatch or surface scratches.
Solution: High CRI (Ra>90) Chipsets. 750-1000 Lux intensity. specialized “Zebra” optics for surface defect detection.

Heavy Foundry & Steel

EXTREME
Foundry High Bay Lighting

Challenge: High ceilings (15m+), Smoke, Ambient Heat (60°C).
Solution: Narrow Beam (60°) to punch through smoke. Remote Driver mounting to protect electronics from ceiling heat pockets.

The Hidden Cost of “Cheap” Lights

In an industrial setting, the purchase price of a fixture is only 10% of its Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The real cost lies in Downtime.

If a cheap $50 light fails above a production line:

  • You must stop the production line ($$$/hour loss).
  • You must rent a cherry picker/scissor lift.
  • Two certified electricians are required for height work.

Total Replacement Cost = $1,500+.
Yuanhui’s 5-Year “Fit & Forget” warranty eliminates this risk.

Plant Engineering FAQ

How do you prevent voltage spikes from heavy machinery?

When large motors (lathes, presses) start up, they create massive transient voltage spikes (Surges) on the grid. This kills standard LED drivers immediately. Yuanhui Industrial drivers are equipped with 4kV (Line-Line) and 6kV (Line-Earth) Surge Protection Devices (SPD). For unstable grids, we offer 10kV external SPD options to act as a firewall for the lighting system.

What Lux level is required for fine assembly?

According to EN 12464-1:
• Heavy machining/Rough assembly: 300 Lux.
• Medium assembly/office work: 500 Lux.
• Fine assembly/Precision inspection: 750 – 1000 Lux.
We can simulate your floor plan to ensure you hit these targets exactly on the workbench height (0.8m), not just the floor.

Can these lights withstand welding arcs and EMC interference?

Yes. Welding creates high-frequency Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). Our drivers are EMC Class B certified, meaning they are shielded and will not flicker or malfunction when a welder strikes an arc nearby. Furthermore, our housings are grounded to prevent static buildup.
